Oracle Buys Talari

Talari announced that it has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Oracle. Talari and our industry-leading Failsafe SD-WAN technology and solutions will join Oracle’s Communications Global Business Unit, which offers the leading Session Border Controller (SBC) and network management infrastructure to secure and manage the flow of session data across fixed and mobile IP networks—connecting people, devices, and applications worldwide. Oracle’s scale, brand awareness, and geographic reach will allow us to invest more rapidly to deliver SD-WAN innovation to our growing customer base.

We are pleased to inform you that the transaction is now closed and Talari is officially part of Oracle’s Communications Global Business Unit.

We are excited by the opportunity with Oracle to advance our collective vision on a larger scale, and by the benefits to you – our customers – that we know this combination will deliver. Together, Oracle and Talari will accelerate digital transformation and cloud adoption by providing companies with complete enterprise network solutions that ensure reliability and performance of real-time communications and mission-critical applications over any network.

Oracle is committed to protecting and enhancing customer investments in Talari’s SD-WAN solutions.  Oracle’s investment in Talari will not only expand the reach of our industry-leading Failsafe SD-WAN solutions, it will allow us to continue to deliver increased functionality and capabilities at an accelerated pace, benefitting our customers, partners and prospects.

There are no changes to the way you are doing business with Talari, and we’ll communicate anything pertinent well in advance. Please continue to engage with your existing Talari account team for any questions. You can also visit www.oracle.com/talari or more information.

We are excited for what the future holds, and we sincerely appreciate your continued support.”
