Nokia 5.3 And Nokia 5310 Coming To India Soon

In addition to the flagship Nokia devices gaining headlines over the past couple of years, HMD Global has maintained its focus on low and mid-range Nokia devices too. Some of these are feature phones which still hold their appeal in various markets, including India. Citing this appeal, HMD Global is soon to bring two new phones to India.

The same can be confirmed by visiting the Nokia.com web page. Two new handsets, namely Nokia 5.3 and Nokia 5310 have been listed on the company’s website as new entrees. While the former is a mid-range device by Nokia, the latter is a feature phone which has a potential of being a big hit in the country.

The listing suggests that the company will be launching the new smartphones in India soon. No information on the prices of the devices is out now. Yet we can expect them to be priced slightly lower than their global average prices.

As for their specifications, the Nokia 5.3 will come with a 6.55 inches IPS LCD display protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 and will run Android One 10.0. Backed by a 4000 mAh battery, the phone will feature a quad camera setup with a single selfie camera at the front.

As for the Nokia 5310, the feature phone will be powered by a MediaTek MT6260A processor and will offer a 2.4-inch TFT display with up to 16MP RAM and a 1200 mAh battery.
