LTIMindtree director Venu Lambu quits

LTI Mindtree Limited informed that Venugopal Lambu has resigned from his position of Whole-time Director & President, Markets II.

Reportedly, Venu has resigned to pursue opportunities outside the company.

The company stated that it has accepted his resignation and his last working day in the company will be January 10, 2023.

This comes less than two months after the merger of the two entities.

Venugopal Lambu joined Mindtree in January 2020, according to his LinkedIn profile. He oversaw Mindtree’s global market transformation and capabilities.

Lambu joined Mindtree from Cognizant, and before that, he worked at HCLTech.

At around 2.10 PM, LTI Mindtree was trading 1.39% lower at Rs4,288, against previous close of Rs4,349.15 on NSE. The counter hit an intraday high and low of Rs4,322 and Rs4,265.20 respectively. IIFL Securities
