LG Q9 One Android One Smartphone With Military-Grade Durability Launched

LG unveiled its newest offering, LG Q9 One in South Korea. The device comes with IP68 dust and water resistance rating and most importantly it meets MIL-STD 810G requirements which means it comes with military-grade durability. LG Q9 One is part of the Android One programme, and the key specification includes a rear fingerprint sensor, a dedicated Google Assistant button, 6.1-inch QHD+ 19.5:9 FullVision display and 4GB of RAM. Previously LG G7 One was launched alongside LG Fit device last year at IFA Berlin, and now the company has introduced the same device as LG Q9 One in South Korea.

The LG Q9 One price has been set at 599,500 Korean Won (roughly Rs. 38,000). It will be available for sale on LG U Plus in Korea from Friday (February 15). The newly launched smartphone will be up on sale in only one color option-Moroccan Blue color.

The LG Q9 One sport a 6.1-inch QHD+ display (1440×3120 pixels) with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and 564ppi pixel density. It weighs 156 grams and measures 153.2×71.9×7.9mm. It is powered by the Snapdragon 835 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM with 64GB of storage, expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card. The device runs on Android Pie and has received IP68 rating along with MIL-STD-810G military grade certification.

For optics, the LG Q9 One features a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/1.6 aperture HDR10, and OIS support while at the front, it sports an 8-megapixel sensor with f/1.9 aperture. Further, LG offers a Moroccan Blue color option for the LG Q9 One. As mentioned above the device is priced at 599,500 Korean Won (roughly Rs. 38,000).―Times Now
