LG K12+ Smartphone With Military Grade Durability Launched

LG has expanded its product lineup with the launch of LG K12+ in Brazil. The smartphone comes in Moroccan Blue, Black and New Platinum Gray color options and is priced at $305. The smartphone is already up for sale in Brazil and the company has not yet announced anything about the India availability of the device.

The LG K12+ offers similar specifications as the recently launched K40, which the company unveiled at MWC 2019 in Barcelona, Spain. The LG K12+ comes with MIL-STD-810G military grade certification which makes sure that the device can withstand impact, vibration, high and low temperature, thermal shock and humidity.

The smartphone also features DTS: X 3D 3D Cinema Sound and offers a dedicated button for Google Assistant. The LG K12+ comes equipped with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and offers dual SIM functionality.

The smartphone sports a 5.7-inch HD+ display with 720×1440 pixel resolution and curved glass display. The LG K12+ runs Android operating system and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor. The handset packs 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage which can be expanded further by installing a microSD card.

The smartphone boast of a single lens 16MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front shooter for selfies. The device is backed by a 3,000 mAh battery and offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.

Last month LG launched Dual Cool air conditioners within the price range of Rs 39,990 to Rs 69,990. The air conditioners come with LG’s Smart ThinQ technology, which enable users to control and monitor AC at anytime and from anywhere with an app. Along with control, consumers can also get filter cleaning notification and control multiple home appliances via Smart ThinQ. LG’s air conditioners are also equipped with Ocean Black Protection which gives long-lasting protection against rust and corrosion.―Times of India
