Jio introduces cheapest long-term JioPhone recharge plan

Reliance Jio has introduced a new Rs 749 Jio Phone all-in-one recharge plan with a 336 days validity. This comes after the telecom giant dropped the Rs 39 and Rs 69 plans and introduced the Rs 75 plan. The latest long-term plan is divided into 12 cycles of 28 days each, with 2GB 4G data for every 28-day cycle. The total plan combined offers 24GB of data, with speed dropping to 64Kbps after the data is exhausted. There are benefits like unlimited voice calls, 50 SMS for every single cycle i.e for 28 days.

Furthermore, all the existing Jio Phone customers can take advantage of the plan. It also offers a free subscription to apps like JioTV, JioCinema, JioNews Jiosecurity, and JioCloud. The plan is now available to recharge through Jio.com and should probably be available through third-party websites. This is now the longest recharge plan available for Jio Phone customers and should come in handy as they don’t have to go through the hassle of recharging every 28 days.

Separately, Jio had recently introduced Rs 75 recharge pack for Jio Phone customers. It comes with 28 days validity and offers benefits like unlimited calls, 100MB data per day, 500 SMS per day, and access to the Jio suite of apps, including JioTV, JioCinema, JioNews, JioSecurity, and JioCloud. Interestingly, the telecom network is offering 200MB of data free of cost. The recharge pack is already available through the Jio website. This is currently the cheapest Jio Phone recharge plan, replacing the Rs 39 and Rs 69 plans. The former offered 100MB of daily data, 14 days validity, unlimited calls to any network, and access to the Jio suite of apps.
