Issue of Presidential Order of Indreswar Baruah, Assam Telecom Circle

The Under Secretary to the Govt of India, S.K. Jayaswal, has been directed to refer to letter No. BSNL/3/SR/2020 dated 28.10.2021 on the subject cited above and to convey the approval of Competent Authority for issuing Presidential Order of Indreswar Baruah.

However, before issuance of Presidential Order, the concerned Telecom Circle/ Director (Estt.) nominated at Circle shall verify the service particulars and ensure that the concerned official is not facing disciplinary or criminal proceedings or is not under suspension. If any case is noticed against the employee, his Presidential Order may not be issued and his/her permanent absorption would be subject to outcome of case.
