Indo-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber Announces New President

The Indo Belgian Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IBLCCI) announced that Mr. Anis Chakravarty of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India has been elected as the Chamber’s new President. On September 24, the Chamber’s Board of Directors voted at the AGM to approve Mr. Chakravarty as President following the tenure of Ravindra Gandhi as the outgoing President. Mr. Chakravarty has been associated with the chamber for three years. Before being elected President he served as the Vice President of the Chamber supporting connects with businesses across sectors and build profile of its initiatives in India.

“I am honoured to lead IBLCCI” said Mr Chakravarty. “The Chamber’s work is vital in connecting India with Belgium and Luxembourg and I look forward to working with the Chamber’s Board and members to grow the organization towards this objective.” Mr. Prashant Popat and Mr. Paras Savla have been appointed as Vice Presidents of IBLCCI.

Set up in 1966, the Indo-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IBLCCI) is recognized by the Belgian and Luxembourg Governments, whose main objective is to promote and enhance trade and economic relations between India, Belgium and Luxembourg.
