Idea Cellular deploys future-oriented and sustainable ultra-broadband networks

Vodafone Idea and Huawei had successfully built converged, efficient, future-oriented, and sustainable ultra-broadband networks with Huawei’s next-generation flagship routers – NE9000s, enabling the operator to provide optimal services to users.

Huawei NE9000 routers provide the highest capacity in the industry, meeting the service provider’s traffic growth requirements for the coming 5–10 years. These routers reduce the bandwidth pressure brought by traffic growth and provide excellent user experience. In addition, the telco has been continuously optimizing network bearer solutions. It uses multi-service convergent bearer technology, which is based on the multi-domain system (MDS) of Huawei NE9000s. This effectively isolates different services, improving user experience and making the network more flat, agile, and efficient.
