Heena Naithani joins Airtel Business as Head – Human Resources

Bharti Airtel, a global telecommunications company, announced the appointment of Heena Naithani as Head of HR – Airtel Business.

“Heena joins us as the head of HR bringing 14 years of experience in designing HR solutions and driving organisational transformation projects. She believes that the right workculture along with opportunities for learning and growth are the key drivers of engagement and performance,” the company wrote on its LinkedIn page.

Prior to this, Heena was with Citibank as VP- HR for Consumer Banking Operations and Commercial Banking.

Earlier, Naithani had worked with Essar, wherein in her last role, she was a part of the Corporate HR team and responsible for Talent Acquisition across senior and middle levels for Telecom, Realty and Projects business of the Essar Group.

Naithani holds an MBA from Management Development Institute and an Economics Hons degree from Miranda House, University of Delhi. hrnxt
