GlobalLogic opens new facility in Ahmedabad

GlobalLogic, a digital product engineering firm, has launched a new facility in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, as part of its expansion plan. This move aligns with the company’s hub-and-spoke model, aimed at strengthening its workforce, expanding its reach, and leveraging local talent for growth in regional markets.

The new facility, with a seating capacity of 50 techies, will serve as a center for innovation and technological advancement. It will provide end-to-end digital product engineering services to clients across various industries, including automotive, healthcare, telecommunications, and technology. This new hub will focus on delivering solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients, emphasizing innovation and collaboration, the company said in a statement.

GlobalLogic’s choice of Ahmedabad for its new facility is driven by the city’s pool of skilled professionals and its robust educational and technological infrastructure. By creating job opportunities for local talent, GlobalLogic aims to contribute to the region’s economic growth and development.

This new facility follows the recent launch of GlobalLogic’s first satellite office in Mahbubnagar, Hyderabad. The company’s expansion strategy is focused on going hyperlocal and tapping into regional talent pools to enhance its service offerings and client reach.

Piyush Jha, Group Vice President & Managing Director — APAC at GlobalLogic, said, “We are excited to inaugurate our new facility in Ahmedabad, which is an important milestone in our expansion journey. This innovation pad, as we call it, allows us to tap into the rich talent pool available in Ahmedabad and nearby regions to create innovative technological solutions for global brands. This new facility will enable us to serve our clients better and provide exciting career opportunities for local talent.” TechCircle
