Exotel launches AI chatbot builder ‘ExoMind’ powered by GPT-4

Customer conversational platform ‘Exotel’ recently announced the launch of its new product, ‘ExoMind’—a user-friendly, no-code tool enabling enterprises to create their own advanced chatbots within minutes.

ExoMind is built on GPT-4‘s Large Language Model (LLM) and, according to the company, many large organisations have already deployed the bot.

Once customised, these bots can be implemented throughout the entire customer journey, encompassing marketing, sales, support, troubleshooting, and various communication channels such as WhatsApp, Web, and more.

“With the future of customer engagement being in the hands of personalised conversational commerce, we are thrilled to be launching ExoMind to help businesses generate and retain their customer base,” Shivakumar Ganesan, Co-Founder and CEO, Exotel, said.

“As newer language-learning and even image processing models emerge, we plan on continually harness their potential in our product suite, to be at the forefront of the customer engagement space,” Ganesan shared.

Since the launch of ChatGPT, the popular chatbot by OpenAI, enterprises across multiple industries are seeking to leverage the power of LLMs.

In January, Gupshup, an AI platform, announced the launch of ‘Auto Bot Builder’, a powerful tool that harnesses the power of GPT-3 to automatically and effortlessly build advanced chatbots tailored to enterprise requirements. Analyticsindiamag
