Ericsson Relaunches Media Solutions business as Mediakind

Ericsson has relaunched its Media Solutions business under the new name MediaKind. This follows an agreement in January to sell a majority stake in the business to One Equity Partners. The MediaKind brand will be carried forward when the transaction between One Equity Partners and Ericsson is completed, the company said. – Telecompaper
