Entrustment of additional charge of the post of CMD, MTNL to PK Purwar, CMD, BSNL

In pursuance of approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet(ACC) conveyed vide DoPT(ACC) communication No. 24/11/2019-EO (ACC) dated 13th April, 2019, additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director(CMD), Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited(MTNL) is entrusted to Sh. PK Purwar, CMD, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited with immediate effect for a period of six months from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

During the period of holding additional charge, Sh. PK Purwar will not be entitled to any additional remuneration.
