Dr Rajkumar Upadhyaya promoted

Dr. Rajkumar Upadhyay has been promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Board at C-DoT, Centre for Development of Telematics.

Dr. Upadhyay has been Executive Director-CDoT and Chairman Board since October 2020. Prior to this he was Additional Director General, Doordarshan & All India Radio, Prasar Bharti, and Director, Department of Telecommunications.
