DoT implements eOffice in HQ and field units

In continuation with the letter oí even number dated 21-12-2021 and 21-03-2022 regarding eüffice implementation in all the Offices under DoT, it is to convey that the eüffce rollout in all 58 offices í DOT has been completed on 31-03-2022 .

It would have not been possible without the support oí the designated Local Nodal Officers and Resource Persons and continuous push by team oí DGT, CGCA. All appreciation goes to the eüffice team oí DoT HQ as well as officers/officials involved from NTIPRIT, TEC, WMO, WPC, DGT, 22 LSAs, CGCA, NICF and 28 PrCCA/CCA/JtCeAs. The team, altogether created about 2250 new user accounts in a very short span oí 3 months and completed the post mapping and role assignment for these users.

It would be advisable to use the current momentum to push forward for actual usage oí eüffice Application by all offices and seamless integration oí file movemcnt between LSAs & CCAs and other offices. Mechanism for proper integration oí CRU (Receipt & Dispatch section), resources for scanning/digitization oí files/record, Training and Hand-holding oí the Staff, proper LAN and WAN connectivity, availability oí Digital Signing Certificates., etc. may be completed on priority.
