Chetan Shah has been appointed as as head India sales – communications, media & entertainment. Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, Shah worked with Lyca Digital as COO & Chief Digital Officer where he was responsible for driving digital strategy, platform design and development, ecommerce, and digital marketing.
