Apple store is down ahead of pre-order sale of new iPad Air and iPhone SE

Recently, the American tech giant, Apple unveiled the most powerful iPad Air at its Peak Performance event. During the event, the company scheduled today, March 11 for the pre-orders sales for the new iPad Air and iPhone SE.

Unfortunately, reports have revealed today that Apple’s online store is down ahead of iPad Air and iPhone SE pre-orders, which are set to begin at 5:00 a.m. Pacific Time in the United States.

Features and Specifications of the New iPad Air and iPhone SE
The new iPhone SE has the same 4.7-inch display as the previous generation, but it now has the strongest glass in a smartphone on both the front and back, just as the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro.

Deep Fusion, Photographic Styles, Portrait Mode, and Smart HDR 4 are among the upgrades and computational photography technologies offered by the device’s new 12MP Wide camera system.

The A15 Bionic chip used in the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro is also found in the new iPhone SE. The iPhone SE is 1.8x faster than the iPhone 8 thanks to the A15 Bionic’s 6-core CPU. The machine learning-focused 16-core Neural Engine does 15.8 trillion operations per second, making it 26 times quicker than the iPhone 8. The 4-core GPU outperforms the iPhone 8 by 2.2 times.

Despite having a tiny form factor and 5G connectivity, the new iPhone SE has a longer battery life than previous-generation and older 4.7-inch iPhone models. It will continue to enable fast charging and wireless charging with Qi-certified chargers.

The new iPhone SE comes in two additional colors: Midnight and Starlight, in addition to PRODUCT (RED). The new iPhone SE costs $429, up from $399 for the 2020 model, and comes in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB storage capacities. The first smartphones will ship on March 18, with preorders beginning on Friday, March 11.

The new iPad Air comes in a variety of colors and includes Apple’s Ultra Wide front camera with Center Stage for a more natural video conferencing experience, as well as a USB-C connector with up to 2x quicker transfer speeds and 5G on cellular variants.

When compared to the previous iPad Air, the M1’s 8-core CPU delivers up to 60% quicker performance and the 8-core GPU gives up to 2x faster graphics performance. According to Apple, this makes it twice as fast as the fastest competing tablet and twice as fast as the best-selling Windows laptop in its price range.

With data rates up to 10Gbps, the USB-C connection is now up to 2x quicker than the previous generation, allowing it to accommodate a wider range of USB-C peripherals, such as cameras, external storage, and displays with up to 6K resolution. Finally, the second-generation Apple Pencil is supported by the new iPad Air.

The new iPad Air is available for $599. It comes in space gray, starlight, pink, purple, and blue colors and comes in 64GB and 256GB options. As the pre-order sale brings today, the new ‌‌iPad Air‌‌ is expected to be available from March 18. TechGenyz
