Following the acquisition, STEMO will continue its autonomous activities, benefiting from the international know-how, financial resources, technical infrastructure, sales force and customer base of its new owner A1 Bulgaria. A1 Telekom Austria Group will finance the transaction from existing cash flow. The transaction is subject to the approval of the merger control authority. As agreed between the parties, details of the purchase price will not be disclosed.
